Mi-Ketz (Gen 41:1-44:17)

122014tp  “Two full years passed then Pharaoh had a dream.”  Two full years from the moment Pharaoh’s cup bearer rose up back to his original  position, that he finally remembered, about Joseph.         Jeremiah 29:11        This is one of the most quoted scriptures among believers today.  For I know the thoughts or the plans that I plan or think toward you says Yahweh.  Thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a future and a hope.  A lot of this plays into this week’s Torah portion.  Specifically this point, there are times in our life, when we fell like we are walking into a place of evil, that Yahweh has led us into a valley of evil.  But that is not His goal.  It is to give you a future and a hope.  But sometimes that is at the end of a very long journey.  Now, the life of Joseph, I want you to think about that it is a biography.  A biographer thinks, I have this persons entire life, I can’t write it moment by moment.  There are certain lesson’s that I really want to pass it on to people.  And you have to realize, that when we read about Joseph, not only is it written by the hand of God, a story passed to us, but it actually, was planned and written, then actually happened and now written to confirm what Yahweh did….(Continued on audio)
